African Queen Fishing

The African Queen offers excellent fishing on the Skerries Bank, renown for its Spring and Autumn plaice fishing, and Summer Ray fishing. Inshore wreck and reef fishing is available and Shark fishing. Evening Bass fishing trips are popular with the longer summer days. You may charter the vessel by the day for group events, half day, or as an individual. If you have no fishing tackle of your own, the African Queen has fishing rods for hire if needed. In addition, the African Queen can accommodate up to 8 people on board who wish to stay overnight. Breakfast and lunch can be provided on board. Why not try a long weekend, or a week's fishing with friends or colleagues, experience the ever changing day by day conditions out at sea, stay out all night or the evening will see you back in the harbour, moored conveniently alongside the Town quay so you can indulge in one of Dartmouth's many bars or restaurants. The boat is moored only 20 meters from the Dartmouth yacht club where bar, shower and toilet facility's are available to all African Queen guests.
